What You'll Do11
- 1Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and workflow efficiency
- 2Lead hiring training and development of nursing staff
- 3Monitor weekly reports and ensure adherence to clinical standards
- 4Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans with medical directors and consultants
- 5Conduct daily rounds and supervise nursing personnel
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- 7Manage facility assessments and coordinate with administrators
- 8Perform nursing duties and ensure resident care alignment with resident wishes
- 9Develop budget and equipment procurement strategies
- 10Provide on-call emergency care and ensure safety protocols
- 11Review incident reports and recommend corrective actions
Requirements10
- 1Registered Nurse with active state license
- 2Minimum five years of nursing experience
- 3One to two years management experience
- 4Current CPR certification
- 5Restorative care philosophy and strong leadership skills
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 7Knowledge of long-term care regulations
- 8Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- 9Ability to work independently and handle new tasks
