What You'll Do11
- 1Promote clinical expertise among nursing staff to ensure safe care delivery
- 2Review physician orders and update care plans promptly
- 3Assist in hiring and training new team members
- 4Supervise nursing staff providing skilled care
- 5Handle intake calls and coordinate with internal teams
- 6Manage caseload assignments and direct nursing responsibilities
- 7Address operational challenges and implement process improvements
- 8Ensure adherence to state federal and JCAHO regulations
- 9Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- 10Provide guidance on communication strategies with stakeholders
- 11Coordinate travel reimbursement and time tracking systems
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2Current Florida RN license in good standing
- 3Minimum two years of home care nursing experience
- 4Management and administrative experience required
- 5Current CPR certification
- 6Valid driver's license and TB test results
- 7Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination
- 8Ability to commute to North Miami daily
- 9Experience with nursing software platforms
- 10Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Salary Insight
$85 - $95k per year
