Overview
BrightStar Care seeks a Director of Nursing to lead our home health care nursing department. You will own clinical quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance across our Concord, Lexington, and Woburn operations. You will drive patient outcomes and shape innovative care practices. What You'll Do6
- 1Lead the nursing department to deliver high-quality care aligned with our mission and compliance standards.
- 2Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to build a high-performing team.
- 3Implement and review clinical operations and policies to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- 4Coordinate with other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care and administrative efficiency.
- 5Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements as needed.
- 6Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with departmental goals.
Requirements5
- 1Current RN license and BSN required, MSN or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 23+ years of nursing experience, with previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- 3Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with staff, management, and external partners.
- 5Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and ethical practices.
Salary Insight
$100 - $121k per year
