What You'll Do7

  • 1Oversee Clinician Staff: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and leading a team of clinicians ensuring compassionate high quality care
  • 2Collaborate with the nursing team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • 3Support and guide clinicians in implementing care plans
  • 4Quality Assurance Oversight: Work closely with the QA team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs participate in regular audits of patient records to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards identify areas for improvement and collaborate on corrective actions
  • 5Patient Care: Provide direct patient care including assessments treatments and interventions as needed collaborate with clinicians to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure timely appropriate services
  • 6Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration across the healthcare team enhance communication and coordinate care liaise with external stakeholders such as physicians and families
  • 7Training and Development: Organize and conduct ongoing training programs keep staff updated on industry best practices policies and regulatory changes support professional growth through mentorship

Requirements5

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons of experience in healthcare leadership
  • 3RN license required
  • 4Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school
  • 5Ability to work independently make accurate judgments and respond to crises outside hospital settings
