Overview

What You'll Do11

  • 1Supervise resident care delivery using licensed and nonlicensed nursing personnel
  • 2Conduct associate performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling
  • 3Develop and maintain medication administration protocols and audit medication sheets
  • 4Organize resident schedules and ensure proper coverage according to budget guidelines
  • 5Perform comprehensive health assessments and coordinate care with physicians
  • 6Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of resident hours and service plans
  • 7Maintain medication storage and organize medication rooms following standards
  • 8Address resident health concerns promptly and report significant incidents
  • 9Coordinate pre-admission screenings and update six-month health records
  • 10Participate in quality improvement activities and complete required surveys
  • 11Assist with administrative tasks such as arranging replacement staffing

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Current nursing licensure issued by appropriate state licensing agency
  • 3Associates Degree in healthcare related field
  • 4ECC and/or CORE Training certification as required
  • 5Strong leadership skills with one to two years supervisory experience
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook software
  • 7Basic typing skills and ability to perform financial calculations
  • 8Familiarity with federal and state laws for assisted living communities
  • 9Passport to work in Florida requiring Level 2 background screening
  • 10Passion for working with senior citizens
