What You'll Do11

- 3Partner with administrators to maintain resident and staff safety
- 4Collaborate with pharmacy consultants for medication services
- 5Provide clinical oversight for licensed nurses
- 6Conduct assessments and update resident service plans
- 7Monitor monthly updates and report changes to stakeholders
- 8Identify resident needs through service plan evaluations
- 9Participate in community awareness initiatives
- 10Maintain communication with families regarding care changes
- 11Schedule clinical staff and manage supply inventory
Requirements11
- 15+ years leading ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing senior living communities
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential optional
- 55+ years building data pipelines with Python and AWS
- 6Strong mathematical proficiency and analytical skills
- 7Ability to interpret technical documents and safety protocols
- 8Experience with Microsoft Office suite and rapid learning capability
- 9Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 10Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout the day
- 11Familiarity with handling biohazardous materials safely
Salary Insight
$115 - $120k per year
