Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Hospital Administration or Health related field
- 25+ years of leadership experience in senior care
- 3Previous management experience including hiring coaching performance management daily operations supervision and discipline
- 4Sales experience preferred
- 5Proven success managing operating expenses
- 6Administrator license/certification as required by state regulations
