Lead Assisted Living and Memory Care operations at a thriving senior living community in Lakewood, Colorado, reporting to the Executive Director. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care, ensuring care quality and safety standards.
- 2Partner with the Assisted Living Director and Memory Support Director to drive resident outcomes.
- 3Manage department budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to meet financial targets.
- 4Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, including licensing requirements.
- 5Coach and develop department leaders and care teams to foster professional growth.
- 6Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.
- 7Drive continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts.
- 8Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve strategic and operational goals.
- 9Promote a culture of customer service, compassion, and accountability.
Requirements8
- 1Current and valid Colorado Assisted Living Administrator License required.
- 23+ years in an Administrator or senior leadership role in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living.
- 3Proven experience managing regulatory compliance, operations, and budgets.
- 4Strong leadership skills to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- 5Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and improving operational outcomes.
- 6Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

Salary Insight
