Overview
As Administrator Designee, you'll co-lead a senior living community in Denver, partnering with the Executive Leadership team to oversee daily operations, resident care, and staff mentoring. You'll serve as the primary authority in the administrator's absence, ensuring regulatory compliance and a compassionate culture. You'll be the calm anchor for residents, families, and staff, with support from a company that invests in your growth, including certification assistance. What You'll Do6
- 1Co-lead the community alongside the Executive Leadership team, stepping in as the primary voice and authority when needed.
- 2Ensure care plans are personalized, followed, and updated, so each resident receives individual attention.
- 3Mentor and coach frontline care staff to build a team that residents and families trust.
- 4Partner on regulatory compliance, facility audits, safety protocols, and medication administration.
- 5Serve as the compassionate, professional presence for residents, family members, and staff when concerns arise.
- 6Support the team on the floor by assisting caregivers, QMAPs, and activity assistants as needed.
Requirements7
- 1Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or team management, or strong transferable leadership skills.
- 2Active Assisted Living Administrator Certification preferred; company assists in obtaining it if not held.
- 3CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- 4Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent life/work experience, plus.
- 5Strong communication instincts, basic comfort with Google Suite, and fluency in written and spoken English.
- 6Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs occasionally, with normal bending, reaching, and active movement.
- 7Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage to support a 24/7 senior living environment.
