What You'll Do10

  • 1Serve as the on-site executive for all operations, acting as the main contact for staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public.
  • 2Direct and motivate all department directors, supervisors, and staff, maintaining training and morale.
  • 3Deliver high-quality services to maintain high resident satisfaction.
  • 4Lead development and implementation of community sales and operations strategies consistent with company objectives.
  • 5Meet regularly with clinical department head to address resident care issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • 6Manage the community's budget and cash flow, minimizing variances and deficits.
  • 7Proactively solve problems and issues, providing leadership for staff and residents.
  • 8Maintain current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses per company and federal, state, and local requirements.
  • 9Review all employee hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations to retain quality personnel.
  • 10Supervise preventative maintenance systems and conduct frequent property inspections.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living operations.
  • 2Licensed Administrator in good standing per state requirements.
  • 3Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred.
  • 4Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial planning.
  • 5Knowledge of federal, state, and local resident rights regulations.
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • 7Ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • 8Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • 9Capacity to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call 24/7.
  • 10Valid driver's license.
