Lead clinical and operational functions for a small regional portfolio of senior living communities. Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting day-to-day activities. Requires strong leadership and a background in supportive living.
What You'll Do7
- 1Provide clinical and operational oversight to community Wellness Directors
- 2Ensure all care delivery aligns with state and local regulations
- 3Monitor resident health outcomes and support accurate care documentation
- 4Foster a compassionate and high-performing care environment
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident wellness
- 6Travel frequently to provide on-site leadership and support
- 7Drive performance across multiple locations through effective prioritization
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- 3Supportive Living Experience Required
- 4Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- 5Previous experience as an Executive Director, Director of Nursing, or Wellness Director
- 6In-depth understanding of IDPH and supportive living regulations
- 7Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
