What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct comprehensive health assessments for all new residents upon admission
- 2Monitor resident health status through regular assessments and quarterly care conferences
- 3Track medication side effects and coordinate interventions as needed
- 4Coordinate resident care conferences focusing on individualized service plans
- 5Supervise Assisted Living and Memory Care teams including hiring and training
- 6Perform verbal and written disciplinary actions ensuring policy compliance
- 7Attend daily management meetings and participate in community events
- 8Conduct audits with the Support Center reviewing swing and night shifts
- 9Review incident reports and lead investigations to implement corrective actions
- 10Ensure safety compliance and manage workplace injury procedures
- 11Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the community
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma
- 2Licensed or Registered Nurse with state accreditation
- 32+ years nursing experience with preference for LPN/RN in healthcare settings
- 41+ year nursing management experience including staff supervision
- 5Proficiency in clinical performance data analysis
- 6Strong communication and teamwork abilities
