What You'll Do9
- 1Perform tasks as assigned by the designated leader
- 2Develop staff and provide supervisor backup for nursing departments
- 3Manage key services according to policies and standards
- 4Collaborate with Director of Nursing and Executive Director
- 5Ensure support for Regional Managers
- 6Handle all reporting including QAPI as required
- 7Apply professional judgment to solve problems
- 8Support intake department operations
- 9Assist with monthly clinical invoices and managerial duties
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2State Certified RN license
- 3Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse certification
- 4Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 53+ years of nursing experience
- 6Hospice or Homecare experience required
- 7Expertise in administrative performance and communication
- 8Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate documentation
