Overview
The Director of Nursing will own the entire clinical operation of a hospice agency in Minneapolis, overseeing budgets, nursing staff, and clinical direction. This role leads an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and compliant growth. You will report directly to senior leadership and shape care standards across the agency. Requirements6
- 1Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- 22+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- 3Experience in a Hospice setting required.
- 4Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- 5Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams.
- 6Knowledge of hospice regulations and quality standards.
