  • 5Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • 6Oversee patient admissions and care plans, ensuring clinical accuracy and documentation compliance.
  • 7Mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development and retention.
  • 8Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust strategies to meet organizational goals.

Requirements6

  • 1Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • 22+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 3Experience in a Hospice setting required.
  • 4Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
  • 5Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams.
  • 6Knowledge of hospice regulations and quality standards.
