Network Operations Center Trainer CACI
Overview
We seek an experienced NOC Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for NOC staff. This role involves creating lesson plans conducting classroom and on-the-job training assessing trainees' comprehension providing mentorship and measuring program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will stay current with network technologies and collaborate with NOC managers to improve performance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and maintain training materials and lesson plans including presentations hands-on exercises and documentation for NOC procedures and best practices
- 2Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing NOC staff
- 3Assess training needs and design curriculum to address skill gaps
- 4Stay up-to-date with the latest processes network technologies tools and industry trends to ensure training relevance
- 5Collaborate with NOC managers and team leads to identify areas for improvement
- 6Create and administer tests to evaluate trainees' comprehension and skill levels
- 7Provide ongoing mentorship and support to NOC staff
- 8Develop and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- 9Assist in the creation and maintenance of NOC standard operating procedures
Requirements10
- 1Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 25+ years of related work experience
- 3Strong knowledge of network protocols infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques
- 4Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- 5Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 6Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- 7Experience with remote training tools and virtual classrooms
- 8Strong organizational and time management skills
- 9Certifications in training or instructional design such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- 10Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices
