- 1Lead network monitoring and control activities within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment

- 4Maintain situational awareness of enterprise network status across distributed environments
- 5Support implementation of network changes and operational procedures
- 6Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, STIGs, and operational standards
- 7Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians
- 8Other duties as assigned or required
Requirements8
- 15–7 years of experience in network operations or NOC support
- 2Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT networking or related field
- 3Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Splunk or Nagios
- 4Knowledge of TCP/IP DNS routing switching fundamentals
- 5Relevant certifications like Network CCNA Security+
- 6Security Clearance eligibility for Secret Top Secret or TS/SCI
- 7Ability to work in 24/7 operations including shift work
- 8Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
