In this full-time role you will own and scale network operations across CAN LAN CORE and WAN environments. What You'll Do11
- 1Provide problem identification diagnosis troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and problems
- 2Support escalation and communication of status to management and customers
- 3Isolate and resolve hardware and software issues involving applications operating systems and hardware
- 4Troubleshoot maintain integrity and configure network components while enhancing operating systems for improved reliability and performance
- 5Integrate new technologies migrate corporate systems and manage cloud transitions
- 6Conduct site surveys planning and design for hardware infrastructure
- 7Lead transition planning and support for service migrations and user platform changes
- 8Work individually and on integrated teams applying advanced concepts to daily activities
- 9Assist senior technicians specialists and managers performing all tasks of lower-level staff
- 10Maintain equipment rack installations and support operations centers user workspaces
- 11Make hardware cabling and equipment recommendations and execute installation projects
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field with 5+ years of related work experience
- 2TS/SCI clearance with polygraph approval and DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M IAT II required
- 3Experience with routing and switching protocols such as OSPF VLAN spanning tree protocol
- 4Knowledge of network hardware routers switches and protocols like TCP/IP
- 5Certifications such as JNCIA JNCIP CCNA CCNP or similar are highly preferred
