What You'll Do11

  • 3Oversee customer support workflows ensuring timely hardware and software resolution
  • 4Coordinate training plans using virtual onsite or classroom‑based methods
  • 5Drive operational readiness through Linux system maintenance and monitoring
  • 6Lead cross‑functional collaboration with development security and program management teams
  • 7Own the bug‑tracking cycle documenting issues in JIRA and communicating clear actions
  • 8Produce high‑level metrics and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders
  • 9Guide testing validation for new builds providing feedback on performance reliability
  • 10Oversee after‑hours surge support covering critical missions
  • 11Represent CACI during customer engagements delivering briefings and demonstrations

Requirements9

  • 1Active TS/SCI with polygraph required BA/BS degree or equivalent with 10+ years technical or military experience
  • 2Strong leadership managing technical teams or operations support functions
  • 3Background in SIGINT ISR operations and Navy cryptologic systems such as SSEE INC E/F BANSHEE CCOP
  • 4Proficiency in Windows Linux and distributed systems with DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification
  • 5Ability to travel 25%–50% depending on mission needs
  • 6Prior experience as a cryptologic maintainer or collector with advanced Navy and Joint platform knowledge
  • 7Experience with Unmanned Aviation Systems and DRT‑based equipment
  • 8Advanced Linux scripting Bash Python DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
  • 9Familiarity with POINTGUARD GEOnet or other CACI tactical mission systems
