Overview
CACI seeks an Operations Analyst to support an Army Acquisition Product Office at Fort Belvoir VA. This full-time regular position requires Secret clearance and offers up to 10% local travel. The role involves administrative duties program office support and coordination of organizational events. Candidates will manage travel authorizations and prepare official correspondence while leading PdM and DdM calendar reviews.
What You'll Do5
- 1Develop and maintain organization rosters and coordinate organizational events for 0-5 Product Managers
- 2Process travel authorizations and vouchers through Defense Travel System ensuring JTRS compliance
- 3Prepare official correspondence using AR 25-50 for program management briefings and staffing documentation
- 4Manage PdM and DdM calendars ensuring proper coordination of meetings and key events
- 5Track NIPR/SIPR taskers in ETMS2 to meet suspense dates

- 1Active Secret security clearance required
- 2Detailed-oriented professional with strong technical verbal and written communication skills
- 3Ability to analyze raw data and present clear recommendations
- 4Experience working within government-provided software packages
- 5Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years related experience
