Overview
Lead program analyst supporting PMS 312D Principle Assistant Program Manager and Deputy in tracking and developing metrics and reports for carrier overhaul initiatives. Own development of acquisition strategies and programmatic analysis for construction schedule and funding allocations. Provide recommendations on weapon system development and integration. Manage administrative support for government contracts and statements of work.

- 1Oversee development of RCOH POM cost models issues inputs waterfall funding charts briefings
- 2Supervise creation of RCOH monthly metrics
- 3Coordinate with Aircraft Carrier stakeholders to develop and maintain PMS 312 calendar
- 4Draft and finalize briefings presentations issue papers naval messages memoranda letters correspondence
- 5Develop and distribute agendas meeting minutes coordinate meetings serve as PEO Aircraft Carriers Liaison Action Record receipt distribution point
- 6Track actions from assignment to completion manage calendar submission travel orders routing documents
- 7Oversee tracking of program training requirements manage Commitment Tracker Databases produce weekly reports
- 8Track travel requirements add cost estimates compare requirements to budget develop SOPs
- 9Provide recommendations to management on weapon system development and integration
- 10Manage administrative duties including travel orders DTS system routing correspondence approvals signatures
Requirements5
- 15+ years of related or applicable professional experience
- 2Bachelor's degree in related technical field
- 3Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint
- 5Good written communication interpersonal problem solving analytical detail oriented mathematical organization skills
