Overview

Strategic technical financial programmatic administrative support for Science and Technology initiatives. Provide support for program planning execution financial analysis and administrative operations as assigned. Lead initiatives that align with Naval needs.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Assist in planning and executing S&T initiatives by conducting special studies and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • 2Support Technology Readiness Assessments and Manufacturing Readiness Levels acting as technical liaison with stakeholders
  • 3Conduct detailed financial analysis develop and maintain fiscal metrics and track program performance
  • 4Prepare financial summaries reports and briefings for data calls Mid-Year Reviews and leadership activities
  • 5Provide analytical and administrative support develop and evaluate SOPs for audit readiness track data calls and manage travel training
  • 6Ensure stakeholder awareness of IT initiatives for Code 53 or serve as Telecommunications Service Control Officer
  • 7Analyze information identify problems evaluate solutions and make data driven recommendations
  • 8Manage complex tasks with attention to detail adapt to shifting priorities
  • 9Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing collaborate within teams and independently
  • 10Support ONR Naval Research Enterprise or similar S&T organizations
  • 11Apply knowledge of DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards

Requirements10

  • 1Ability to think critically analyze information identify problems evaluate solutions and make data driven recommendations

  • 3Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • 4Effective teamwork and independent work capability
  • 5Bachelor’s degree
  • 6Direct experience supporting ONR or Naval Research Enterprise
  • 7Familiarity with DoD budget cycle including POM development and federal financial regulations
  • 8Proven ability to liaise with senior military government and civilian personnel
  • 9Proficiency with Navy ERP or similar financial management systems and Microsoft Power Apps
  • 10Knowledge of BA
