Overview

What You'll Do17

  • 1Works with the division PMO to establish goals and plans that meet program objectives
  • 2Provides technical/management leadership using domain expertise
  • 3Handles all financial technical administrative contractual and personnel aspects of the program
  • 4Serves as point of contact for client leadership
  • 5Leads cross task project planning for contractor resources scheduling milestones and deliverables
  • 6Organizes directs and manages deployment of IT infrastructure systems and communications systems
  • 7Manages a team of CACI and contract support personnel
  • 8Facilitates cross task project communication
  • 9Responsible for quality of deliverables and oversight of QA program
  • 10Coordinates resolution of scope and schedule disputes with government and contractor teams
  • 11Ensures adherence to WHCA and DOD processes standards and policies
  • 12Guarantees program deliverables meet requirements and conformance with task schedules and costs
  • 13Identifies assesses and resolves complex business problems issues and risks
  • 14Performs contractor team and supplier assessments and evaluations
  • 15Provides decision making and domain knowledge impacting overall program performance
  • 16Establishes maintains technical and financial reports to show progress to management and customers
  • 17Organizes delegates responsibilities to subordinates oversees successful completion of tasks

Requirements9

  • 1Ten (10) years relevant program project management experience with at least three (3) years managing complex multi‑capability geographically distributed projects for a program value of at least $25M per year
  • 2Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional PMP Certification
  • 3Experience managing programs executing complex solution migrations technical sustainment operations and cyber security compliance requirements
  • 4Active Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain Yankee White designation
  • 5Willingness to be on‑site at customer location as required
  • 6Bachelor’s degree in business administration economics computer science engineering or related field or four (4) additional years of relevant experience
  • 7Business development experience
  • 8Experience briefing government and contract executive leadership
  • 9Experience managing White House modernization programs
