Overview
You'll own the full-lifecycle software delivery for a portfolio of analytical and geospatial mission systems, serving military intelligence across the Department of War and Intelligence Community. Leading a distributed, multi-disciplined team, you'll act as the primary interface to the government customer, ensuring on-time, in-budget capability delivery. What You'll Do8
- 1Own the delivery of all program capabilities within scope, time, and budget, from inception to sustainment.
- 2Drive the adoption and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across multiple systems, reducing release cycles.
- 3Lead multi-disciplined teams across time zones, ensuring alignment on unclassified and classified domains.
- 4Resource Program Increment Planning (PIPe) activities, balancing cost, schedule, and feature/fix trade-offs.
- 5Challenge the status quo to inspire higher performance, modeling an urgency for continuous improvement.
- 6Serve as the primary technical and business interface to the government customer, managing communications and deliverables.
- 7Collaborate with stakeholders to influence solution development that impacts strategic and tactical intelligence outcomes.
- 8Manage risk and opportunity with disciplined project management expertise, ensuring successful program execution.
Requirements8
- 112+ years in program/project management or software development lifecycle (or 10+ years with a Master's, or 4 years in lieu of degree).
- 2Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain a Polygraph post hire.
- 3Proven ability to manage complexity across dozens of systems aligned to customer/mission needs.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
- 5Experience managing large, multi-disciplined teams distributed across time zones, working on unclassified and classified domains.
- 6Experience supporting business development and on-contract growth, including responding to RFIs, RFPs, and BOEs.
- 7Preferred: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- 8Preferred: Experience with classified mission-critical system development and delivery for Department of War or Intelligence Community.
