Overview

PROGRAM ANALYST (MCESS) supports Marine Corps Electronic Security Systems Integrated Project Team at Pentagon. Provides analytical policy and program management services to strengthen governance planning reporting oversight for Unaccompanied Housing and Barracks 2030 Programs. Enhances mission readiness and quality of life for Marines.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Support daily operations of UH program including proactive planning coordination of strategy and risk management
  • 2Prepare monthly status reports meeting minutes and action item trackers
  • 3Coordinate offsite meetings or symposiums for housing teams and regional/installation housing teams
  • 4Update minimum standards for barracks health safety privacy and configuration through command directive
  • 5Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders drafting press releases media responses and briefings for senior leadership
  • 6Draft responses to congressional inquiries and data requests prepare testimony for commandant develop strategic plans for capitol hill engagement
  • 7Support implementation of facility condition assessments and condition survey inspections for real property portfolio
  • 8Manage waiver validation program assessing efficiencies in tracking policy waivers and time limits
  • 9Participate in eMH support working groups manage updates for regional/installation assist with responding to etms2 taskers manage cols qsrmax ff e work plan and ordering/qa process

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor degree and five plus years experience conducting studies and preparing reports on feasibility and cost effectiveness
  • 2Proven experience supporting large scale do d programs preferably related to facilities housing or installation management
  • 3High proficiency in microsoft office suite word excel powerpoint and collaborative tools microsoft teams
  • 4Familiarity with builder sustainment management system sms or similar asset management databases
  • 5Knowledge of public affairs plain language and 508 accessibility standards
  • 6Strong skills in data collection trend analysis and ability to translate complex data into clear charts graphs and decision support documents
  • 7Familiarity with congressional functions timelines and rfi processes
  • 8Ability to travel approximately five plus days annually to national capital region east west coast installations for annual symposium
