- 1Build scalable ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow to unify disparate data sources

- 3Develop budget materials and track project milestones using ETMS2 workflows
- 4Assemble formal government notification packages for congressional review
- 5Lead multi-phase project reporting and generate analytic summaries for senior leadership
- 6Mentor junior staff and promote adoption of emerging facilities management tools
- 7Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic infrastructure investments
- 8Oversee team operations in both onsite and hybrid work environments
- 9Ensure compliance with security protocols and clearance requirements
Requirements11
- 14+ years experience supporting MILCON or federal facilities management programs
- 2Knowledge of military construction processes design authority lifecycle or federal budget analysis
- 3Ability to develop program guidance track project execution and prepare high-visibility reporting materials
- 4Experience assembling formal government notifications or documentation packages for review
- 5Secret clearance with ability to obtain additional authorization if required
- 6Bachelor’s degree in engineering real estate public policy finance with preference for Master’s
- 7Certifications such as PMP CFM or facilities acquisition credentials
- 8Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on relationship-building
- 9Proven ability to manage complex projects in sensitive defense environments
- 10Familiarity with MCO 11000.5 and MILCON-specific program documentation
