Requirements11

  • 14+ years experience supporting MILCON or federal facilities management programs
  • 2Knowledge of military construction processes design authority lifecycle or federal budget analysis
  • 3Ability to develop program guidance track project execution and prepare high-visibility reporting materials
  • 4Experience assembling formal government notifications or documentation packages for review
  • 5Secret clearance with ability to obtain additional authorization if required
  • 6Bachelor’s degree in engineering real estate public policy finance with preference for Master’s
  • 7Certifications such as PMP CFM or facilities acquisition credentials
  • 8Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on relationship-building
  • 9Proven ability to manage complex projects in sensitive defense environments
  • 10Familiarity with MCO 11000.5 and MILCON-specific program documentation
