What You'll Do8

  • 1Drive project management for large technical initiatives, from planning to execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet client expectations.
  • 2Create and maintain project management plans, integrating Microsoft tools for tactical planning and tracking.
  • 3Review contracts and project cost accounting with stakeholders to manage budgets and forecast spend.
  • 4Develop and update program documentation per DoD regulations and directives, including for acquisition phases.
  • 5Act as an advisor to upper-level management, providing insights on program health, risks, and opportunities.
  • 6Produce comprehensive reports on program progress, using quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • 7Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and contracting officers, to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • 8Communicate findings and technical developments to diverse audiences, from technical staff to senior leadership.

Requirements8

  • 112+ years of experience in a professional environment, with a focus on project management of large technical projects.
  • 2Experience creating project management plans and supporting program documentation per DoD regulations.
  • 3Experience advising upper-level management on program execution and strategic planning.
  • 4Proven ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate programs and recommend improvements.
  • 5TS/SCI clearance required, with eligibility for classified access.
  • 6Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7Nice to have: PMP certification, telecommunications project management experience, and knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
  • 8Strong writing and editing skills for technical articles, publications, and specifications.
