Overview
Own business operations support for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Regional Headquarters, Field Offices, and Directorates. Manage office functions, track critical data, and ensure compliance with DoD policies. Collaborate with leadership and staff to reduce management burden. This role offers direct exposure to classified information handling and mission-critical security operations.
What You'll Do7
- 1Track initiations, completions, and portfolio actions to reduce management burden.
- 2Maintain databases and spreadsheets with critical information, update suspense actions and workloads.
- 3Research and implement DoD and DCSA policies using critical thinking and clear communication.
- 4Coordinate calendars, schedules, travel bookings, and official correspondence including memos and reports.
- 5Draft and edit documents in Microsoft Office ensuring accuracy in format and policy conformance.
- 6Manage task actions via tracking systems and review Defense Travel System (DTS) submissions.
- 7Serve as point of contact for DCSA HQ queries and monthly updates.
Requirements6
- 12+ years of relevant business operations analysis experience, preferably in government or defense.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 4Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- 5Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
- 6Willingness to travel up to 10% and work in a dynamic environment.
