Overview
Own critical operations across global defense networks while driving automation-first solutions. Lead business analysis functions and mentor teams to deliver capabilities that secure national safety. Support USCENTCOM J6 program through hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and mentor BA teams managing concurrent delivery initiatives
- 2Establish product-delivery cadence using ServiceNow SPM and Agile boards
- 3Translate mission requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- 4Coordinate outreach and training for deployed capabilities
- 5Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows
- 6Validate deliverables against defined acceptance criteria
- 7Operate within NIPR/SIPR security protocols and DoD standards
- 8Partner with government leadership to align delivery with strategic objectives
- 9Manage backlog grooming and increment reviews for continuous improvement
Requirements9
- 15+ years business analysis with proven leadership in defense environments
- 2Active Secret clearance TS/SCI eligibility required
- 3Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent experience
- 4Comptia Security+ CE certification preferred
- 5Experience with ITSM/ITIL and agile frameworks like Scrum
- 6Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM/Agile and data visualization tools
- 7Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- 8Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- 9U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance positions
