GFT seeks a Principal Analyst Mission Assurance & Systems Integration to lead security resilience initiatives for federal public-sector and critical infrastructure clients. This senior leadership role drives multidisciplinary teams and shapes the growth of the Mission Assurance and Strategy Implementation practice.
What You'll Do16

- 5Guide clients through the full lifecycle of security improvement programs
- 6Deliver Integrated Security Solutions
- 7Oversee physical security security engineering and infrastructure protection programs
- 8Direct Security Risk Assessments and vulnerability assessments
- 9Ensure security systems operate as a unified enterprise capability
- 10Lead systems integration of physical security technology and IT infrastructure
- 11Manage large complex programs from assessment to sustainment
- 12Serve as Project Manager or senior client advisor based on project needs
- 13Serve as trusted advisor to federal agencies and public-sector clients
- 14Support business development and capture planning
- 15Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
- 16Contribute thought leadership on security technologies and resilience frameworks
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 210+ years supporting federal agencies or critical infrastructure programs
- 3Professional certifications such as CPP PSP PMP PE CISSP CEM
- 4Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- 5Knowledge of enterprise security architecture and lifecycle sustainment
- 6Track record of successful contract and business development
- 7Ability to integrate physical security cybersecurity and operational resilience
- 8Understanding of mission assurance principles and risk management frameworks
- 9Strong communication and leadership skills
- 10Experience with security operations and systems commissioning
- 11Commitment to professional development and industry participation

$135 - $160k per year
