GFT seeks a Physical Security & Risk Analyst to enhance security resilience across critical facilities. This hybrid role based in Roseville CA focuses on mission assurance and integrates security with operational risk management.
What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct physical security assessments and threat analyses for facilities and infrastructure
- 2Lead risk evaluations to protect organizational objectives and operational continuity
- 3Integrate security technology with safety and operational processes
- 4Perform site visits and stakeholder interviews to identify vulnerabilities
- 5Develop risk-informed recommendations for protection and resilience improvements
- 6Support systems integration ensuring coordinated security and operational effectiveness
- 7Research emerging threats and industry best practices for infrastructure protection
- 8Prepare technical reports and client-facing deliverables
- 9Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design integrated security solutions
- 10Assist in project management including scope development and delivery
- 11Maintain strong communication through technical writing and presentations
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field
- 210+ years experience in physical security or risk assessment
- 3Certifications such as PSP CPP or CPTED preferred
- 4Expertise in AWS Certified Kubernetes for cloud security implementations
- 5Strong knowledge of AWS Certified services and security frameworks
- 6Proven ability to analyze and mitigate complex operational risks
- 7Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting
- 8Understanding of emergency management and business continuity principles
- 9Familiarity with cybersecurity and cyber-physical security integration
- 10Track record of leading cross-functional security projects
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
