Palantir seeks a Technical Program Manager - Security to lead security engineering teams and ensure secure resilient product delivery. What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with security engineers infrastructure teams product managers and legal to drive key security deliverables throughout the software development and security lifecycle
- 2Synthesize concrete security goals from product and threat landscape vision mapping global security strategy to granular team tasks
- 3Triaging field requests to prioritize team focus while escalating urgent items
- 4Maintain comprehensive visibility into project states including vulnerability remediation timelines incident response obligations and detection coverage gaps
- 5Enhance cross-team collaboration across security engineering IT legal and customer-facing teams
- 6Design document and continuously improve security processes to scale programs without proportional manual effort
- 7Drive incident response coordination establishing clear ownership timely communication and structured post-incident reviews
- 8Work with customer-facing engineering teams on adoption rollout and support of security-related product features and certifications
- 9Manage complex security or software development programs for enterprise software companies startups or similar entities
- 10Engage in technical discussions invest in learning security concepts and apply expertise in threat detection vulnerability management incident response and cloud infrastructure security
- 11Develop strong relationships with technical security teams and customer stakeholders demonstrating empathy for end-user needs

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading security program initiatives
- 3U.S. security clearance preferred
- 45+ years experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 53-5 seasons delivering secure solutions under tight deadlines
