Overview

You will own end-to-end operational execution, logistics, and supply chain performance across 25+ commercial tire centers. Reporting to senior leadership, you will set operational standards, drive continuous improvement, and lead Store Managers and the Operations Supervisor to ensure consistent execution, inventory availability, and service quality. What You'll Do8

  • 1Establish and enforce standard operating procedures across all store locations to ensure consistent execution, customer experience, and safety standards.
  • 2Drive logistics and supply chain operations with partners to optimize replenishment, mitigate disruptions, and improve inventory accuracy and turns.
  • 3Manage and coach Store Managers on performance expectations, operational KPIs, and execution standards through regular site visits and reviews.
  • 4Lead the Operations Supervisor to align corporate initiatives with field execution, prioritizing workloads and supporting audits and escalations.
  • 5Own operational metrics for service quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost control, and execution consistency, acting on data trends.
  • 6Partner with Sales, Pricing, HR, Training, Safety, and Finance to support initiatives and provide operational insight for enterprise decisions.
  • 7Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, working with HR and Safety on incidents and corrective actions.
  • 8Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, enhance service quality, and standardize best practices across locations.

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 28-12+ years of progressive operations or supply chain leadership experience.
  • 3Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • 4Proven ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
  • 5Key competencies in conflict management, business negotiation, organization, and decision-making.
  • 6Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • 7Must pass a background check and drug test; legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • 87+ years in the tire industry, with 5+ years managing and leading people (preferred).
