Overview
We seek an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead MEP activities across Franklin Furnace OH Conesville OH New Albany OH. This full-time onsite role involves leading subcontractors managing mechanical electrical plumbing systems and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and oversee all MEP activities from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out
- 2Provide direct supervision to MEP subcontractors and vendors including mechanical electrical plumbing
- 3Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP systems monitor progress and implement corrective actions
- 4Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC programs and support Energy Control and Safety Program
- 5Manage punch lists troubleshoot technical issues and drive timely resolution using available resources
- 6Oversee start-up and commissioning activities to ensure systems meet performance requirements
- 7Maintain strong relationships with owner representatives architects engineers and clients
- 8Provide leadership in workforce planning logistics coordination and resource allocation for MEP activities
Requirements7
- 115+ years of commercial construction experience with large sophisticated MEP systems
- 2Proven ability to manage complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers stadiums or special-use facilities
- 3Strong technical knowledge of mechanical electrical plumbing systems and commissioning protocols
- 4Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- 5Bachelor's degree in construction management engineering or related field
- 6Familiarity with scheduling tools QA/QC processes and advanced commissioning procedures
- 7Knowledge of safety programs and energy control requirements
