Requirements7
- 18+ years preconstruction commercial construction experience
- 25+ years MEP preconstruction estimating experience
- 3Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- 4Deep understanding commercial HVAC and plumbing systems strong grasp of IPC IMC and ASHRAE standards
- 5Expertise with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- 6Physical stamina ladder climbs moving equipment up to 50Ibs standing long periods
- 7Ability to work outdoors communicate with subcontractors vendors and team members
