Overview

Lead the mechanical and plumbing construction program overseeing schedule budget quality safety and stakeholder relationships. Manage subcontractors negotiate contracts meet client expectations resolve disputes estimate pricing procure materials and produce daily production. This role drives project execution through collaboration with trade partners and manages submittals procurement and quality control.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Attend planning meetings and project status updates
  • 2Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan via status reports monthly projections and change orders
  • 3Create and monitor pay applications and cash flow to manage budgets
  • 4Produce all administrative correspondence and maintain detailed contract documentation
  • 5Oversee submission approvals RFIs RFPs SWAs EWOs PCOs and material procurement
  • 6Coordinate material delivery to job sites and supervise assistant project managers
  • 7Facilitate regular owner architect contractor meetings to monitor progress
  • 8Implement full project closeout process with organized electronic documentation
  • 9Stay informed about market trends competitive landscape and regulatory changes
  • 10Lead communication between owners architects and contractors to ensure alignment
  • 11Maintain strong client relationships and ensure accurate billing and reporting

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor degree in Building Science Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
  • 25-8 years managing new construction and renovation of existing assets
  • 3Mixed-use or office construction experience preferred
  • 4Detailed knowledge of construction budgeting accounting and procurement processes
  • 5Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software such as Suretrak Project P6 Procore Revit VICO or equivalent
  • 6LEED accreditation preferred
  • 7Valid driver’s license required
  • 8Physical stamina to stand sit and move throughout the day
  • 9Ability to lift carry and transport light to moderate loads
  • 10Strong verbal communication skills and teamwork orientation
