- 10Review change orders and monthly payment requisitions subcontractor payments
- 11Review EDMS documents for completeness
- 12Enforce ICSC internal procedures assign tasks based on priority
- 13Attend meetings with owner client subcontractors and staff coordinate in house manpower
- 14Lead and motivate project personnel provide feedback address performance issues perform evaluations recognize training needs suggest training opportunities
- 15Engage staff in best practice tools methodologies
- 16Issue notices to clients vendors and subcontractors related to contract changes
- 17Use timekeeping software record meeting minutes coordinate vacation time approve expense reports
