  • 5Generate comprehensive project schedule with client milestones and phasing
  • 6Establish streamlined processes for pre construction construction and close out phases
  • 7Procure major equipment
  • 8Track progress ensure completion within deadlines conduct monthly production control and cash flow projections
  • 9Screen RFI submittals and other project deliverables for compliance
  • 10Review change orders and monthly payment requisitions subcontractor payments
  • 11Review EDMS documents for completeness
  • 12Enforce ICSC internal procedures assign tasks based on priority
  • 13Attend meetings with owner client subcontractors and staff coordinate in house manpower
  • 14Lead and motivate project personnel provide feedback address performance issues perform evaluations recognize training needs suggest training opportunities
  • 15Engage staff in best practice tools methodologies
  • 16Issue notices to clients vendors and subcontractors related to contract changes
