Commercial Construction Project Manager Legacy Mechanical Services
Overview
The Project Manager owns all construction activities at Legacy Mechanical Services ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects. This role drives client communication builds new business and solves complex construction challenges while collaborating with design professionals subcontractors and vendors.

- 1Recruit interview hire and train new staff within the bank
- 2Provide performance evaluations to employees
- 3Supervise craft workers and subcontractors
- 4Maintain employee and jobsite safety standards
- 5Establish client goals during pre-construction project phases
- 6Manage client expectations regarding quality schedule and budget
- 7Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
- 8Create and execute Scope of Work and RFP documents
- 9Distribute requests for information to keep projects on schedule
- 10Present project estimates to prospective clients
- 11Ensure installations comply with building codes and standards
- 12Oversee Superintendent adherence to safety schedule and quality standards
- 13Execute purchase orders and subcontracts with proper coding
- 14Conduct Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
- 15Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable teams
- 16Review and process subcontractor and vendor submissions
- 17Maintain contractual agreements with partners
- 18Analyze shop drawings and submittals
- 19Lead strategies to enhance new business development
- 20Achieve new business objectives
- 21Maintain client relationships and identify potential clients
- 22Contact potential customers to develop relationships
- 23Leverage contacts to generate new business partnerships
- 24Work with service sales team on development initiatives
- 25Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3PMP PgMP CAPM certification preferred
- 4Physical stamina for prolonged sitting and standing
- 5Ability to lift carry up to 15 lbs
- 6Vision requirements include close distance and color vision
- 7Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 8Experience with construction estimating and accounting
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 10Knowledge of construction project management methodologies
- 11Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities
