Overview
We seek a Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Superintendent to lead on-site MEP coordination in Atlanta. This role drives high-profile construction projects while maintaining safety efficiency and budget alignment. What You'll Do12
- 1Oversee and coordinate all on-site MEP construction activities
- 2Lead project teams including subcontractors vendors architects owners
- 3Plan and manage scheduling engineering coordination and material control
- 4Review and approve purchase requisitions field design changes and related documentation
- 5Ensure compliance with project plans specifications and established procedures
- 6Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards leading safety meetings and ensuring subcontractor compliance
- 7Supervise field personnel subcontractors and craft labor as required
- 8Provide technical guidance interpreting drawings and recommending construction methods
- 9Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with schedule budget and quality expectations
- 10Serve as primary point of contact for clients inspectors and stakeholders
- 11Assist in developing and implementing project procedures and best practices
- 12Maintain clear communication to proactively resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
Requirements5
- 1Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
- 245+ years of relevant MEP construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3Experience working on commercial construction projects healthcare experience is a plus
- 4Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
