Overview

You will own MEP coordination for complex projects in Shippingport, PA, overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems from pre-construction through close-out. You will drive quality and compliance across trade partners and vendors, and manage QA/QC programs and energy control. This role reports to the MEP Building Technology team and supports large-scale, sophisticated infrastructure. You will gain exposure to high-stakes projects like data centers and airports, with clear paths for growth.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation on assigned projects.
  • 2Drive trade partners and equipment vendors to meet quality standards and project specifications.
  • 3Develop and track schedules, monitor QA/QC programs, and support the Energy Control and Safety Program.
  • 4Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning.
  • 5Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements6

  • 11-3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.
  • 2Ability to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems.
  • 3Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or special-use facilities.
  • 4Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.
  • 5Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 6Preferred: Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes.
