Requirements10
- 1BS in Construction Management or related degree
- 2Minimum 8-10 years with general contractor on large commercial projects
- 3At least 5 years in supervisory or project manager roles
- 4Strong knowledge of MEP systems including high-voltage distribution
- 5Familiarity with BMS and project management software
- 6Physical ability to climb stairs and lift 40lbs
- 7Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 8Experience with AWS and Spark preferred
- 9Proficiency in Excel and Procore
- 10Ability to work in Phoenix AZ and satellite locations
