Overview

The Mental Health Professional will provide clinical treatment services to targeted populations at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. This full time outpatient program serves patients with mental health diagnoses meeting outpatient and partial hospitalization criteria. What You'll Do11

  • 1Adheres to all regulatory requirements while developing and facilitating assessments and therapeutic interventions individual group family treatment plans and encounter forms for patients and providers
  • 2Ensures effective continuum of services guided by clinical decisions while following institute and regulatory guidelines for documentation treatment and case management
  • 3Discusses need for additional services with clinical team to determine recommendation appropriateness
  • 4Acts as liaison internally and externally to ensure patient care requirements are met
  • 5Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
  • 6Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement treatment plans
  • 7Documents all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately
  • 8Leads case conferences and contributes to treatment planning sessions
  • 9Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment approaches as needed
  • 10Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations
  • 11Develops and implements evidence based practices to improve patient outcomes

Requirements11

  • 1Master’s degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Education or related field
  • 2Additional employment requirements include CPR American Heart Association Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting
  • 3Minimum 5+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 4Proven ability to lead mental health treatment initiatives
  • 5Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
  • 6Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and therapeutic modalities
  • 7Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • 8Commitment to cultural competence and diversity
  • 9Experience with electronic health records and documentation systems
  • 10Certification such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified preferred
  • 11Demonstrated leadership skills in healthcare settings
