Overview

You will own a caseload of clients at APM's behavioral health clinics, delivering person-centered therapy that improves emotional well-being and daily functioning. You will work within a multidisciplinary treatment team, coordinating care with schools, hospitals, and community partners. This role demands cultural competence and trauma-informed care, with a focus on timely documentation and measurable outcomes. What You'll Do9

  • 1Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • 2Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • 3Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation for all services.
  • 4Monitor client progress, adjust treatment goals, and ensure continuity of care.
  • 5Collaborate with internal staff, external providers, schools, hospitals, and community partners.
  • 6Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and required training.
  • 7Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to higher levels of care.
  • 8Uphold ethical standards, cultural competence, and trauma-informed care practices.
  • 9Provide telehealth services and perform related tasks as needed.

Requirements9

  • 1Master's Degree in clinical mental health discipline (psychology, counseling, clinical social work, psychiatric nursing, marriage and family therapy).
  • 22+ years experience as a psychotherapist.
  • 3Bilingual Spanish and English.
  • 4Complete CBH mandatory trainings within 3 months of hire.
  • 5Complete CPSL certificate training.
  • 6Complete 10 hours of continuing education yearly.
  • 7Submit FBI results, PA Criminal Background Clearance, and PA Child Abuse Clearance upon hire.
  • 8Good English writing skills using behavioral health terminology.
  • 9Basic computer skills (typing) or legible writing.
