What You'll Do8
- 1Develop treatment plans and prescribe psychotropic medications to improve patient outcomes
- 2Conduct interviews exams and diagnostic testing to evaluate client conditions
- 3Provide therapy using psychotherapeutic methods and medication management
- 4Collaborate with physicians nurses and other providers to coordinate comprehensive care
- 5Document symptoms medications and treatment events maintaining accurate medical records
- 6Participate in utilization reviews and offer emergency consultation support
- 7Educate staff on psychiatric care and crisis intervention techniques
- 8Stay current with continuing education and professional development standards
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current BC/BE in Psychiatry and valid state medical license MD/DO
- 3DEA certificate and CPR First Aid certification
- 4Valid driver’s license required for onsite duties
- 5Preferred experience in substance abuse treatment Medi‑Cal documentation bilingual Spanish
- 6Strong advocacy skills and deep understanding of mental health policies
- 7Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal abilities
