Overview
FHCSD seeks a Psychiatrist to lead mental health services at La Mesa Family Counseling Center. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to diverse populations. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for mental illness emotional disorders and substance abuse cases
- 2Coordinate integrated care with therapy case management and primary care providers to ensure holistic patient management
- 3Assess medical histories and differential diagnoses to support preventive health strategies
- 4Consult with primary care physicians regarding mental health management of patients
- 5Maintain accurate clinical documentation following departmental standards
- 6Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
- 7Support clinic operations and meet established performance metrics
- 8Collaborate with support staff to address patient needs effectively
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud computing knowledge beneficial
- 5BCBA certification advantageous
- 65+ years developing scalable healthcare solutions
- 73-5 years managing complex data infrastructure
- 8Proficiency in Python and React frameworks
- 9Expertise in Kubernetes orchestration
- 10Strong analytical skills for diagnostic assessments
