- 1Build scalable mental health programs delivering high quality services to private pay and county clients hospitals and staff
- 2Design and implement clinical practice protocols using evidence based practices
- 3Lead quality improvement compliance and safety initiatives
- 4Drive operational excellence through data driven decision making
- 5Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Harmony Medical database within three business days
- 6Coordinate staff training and ensure adherence to organizational policies
- 7Develop and manage electronic health record systems for optimal data utilization
- 8Foster positive patient experiences while upholding professional standards
- 9Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Board Certification and four years supervisory experience preferred
- 3Physician Executive Leadership coursework completed
- 4Current California medical license and active DEA number
- 5Physical ability to lift carry push pull bend stoop kneel and twist occasionally
- 6Valid first aid and CPR certification from accredited institution
- 7Must pass criminal background check including FBI and DOJ clearance
- 8Health screening within one year prior to employment or within seven days after employment
- 9Strong communication skills both oral and written
- 10Ability to make independent decisions and apply facility policies
Salary Insight
$300 - $340k per year
