- 1Identifies and reports house cleaning problems to Unit Secretary/ND
- 2Reports equipment issues to Unit Secretary/ND
- 3Utilizes inventory system to flag low supply levels
- 4Initiates activities that maintain a clean patient environment
- 5Promotes organized safe patient and staff surroundings
- 6Assists patients with daily living activities
- 7Addresses hygiene needs through targeted interventions
- 8Provides nutritional care following unit protocols
- 9Supports patients during examinations and procedures
- 10Supervises patient movement while ensuring safety
- 11Completes mandatory in‑service training
- 12Evaluates personal strengths and development areas with supervisors
- 13Maintains competence for treating specific patient populations
- 14Requests feedback from peers and colleagues
- 15Participates in critical incident debriefings
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2One year clinical experience preferred especially in psychiatric settings
- 31-2 years direct patient care experience
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Preferred knowledge of Epic training modules passed within 30 days
- 6Verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- 8Physical stamina to stand frequently and walk regularly
- 9Capacity to lift 35lbs with assistance
- 10Strong balance and coordination for patient handling tasks
Salary Insight
$46 - $60k per year
