Overview
Lead patient‑centered mental health treatment at Aurora Charter Oak Hospital. This role owns direct care for emotional and psychiatric disorders, transports patients, and contributes to treatment plans while fostering a healing environment. The position offers per‑diems across all shifts including weekend coverage.

- 4Own daily treatment sessions and document outcomes within the first 90 days
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care pathways
- 6Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries while supervising staff
- 7Utilize Spark and Airflow for robust ETL processes
- 8Drive process improvements leveraging BCBA best practices
- 9Implement safety protocols using Kubernetes orchestration tools
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of healthcare administration experience
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Registered behavioral technician experience is a plus
- 5Healthcare experience required
- 6Hospital experience preferred – Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant
- 7Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology
- 8Basic knowledge of human behavior principles
- 9Ability to obtain Therapeutic Options™ (TOT) certification before direct patient care
- 10Current BLS for healthcare provider card upon hire
