What You'll Do11
- 1Build and implement behavior intervention plans using Python and React frameworks
- 2Design and execute Kubernetes based data pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Lead group sessions while maintaining individualized treatment approaches
- 4Document and analyze client behaviors to develop actionable insights
- 5Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to refine therapeutic strategies
- 6Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all therapeutic activities
- 7Develop crisis management plans for high-risk situations
- 8Maintain accurate records meeting regulatory documentation standards
- 9Provide direct support to families through empathetic engagement
- 10Adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessment results
- 11Foster positive client outcomes through consistent therapeutic relationships
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
- 2Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification required
- 3Certified Behavior Technician (RBT) license obtained per BACB guidelines
- 4Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies
- 5Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- 6Strong problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse client populations
- 9Valid background check including FBI and Child Abuse clearances
- 10Current CPR and First Aid certification
- 11Experience with Tuberculosis screening procedures
