Behavioral Technician Blue Behavioral Therapy
Overview
Lead behavioral analysis services for individuals with developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision. Provide 1:1 therapy and data collection. Own client progress tracking and family communication. Seek candidates with strong documentation and interpersonal abilities.
What You'll Do7
- 1Implement therapeutic interventions supervised by BCBA
- 2Conduct 1:1 sessions following evidence based protocols
- 3Collect session data and maintain detailed progress notes
- 4Collaborate with families and supervisors on care plans
- 5Analyze collected data for treatment evaluation
- 6Prepare accurate medical documentation
- 7Develop strong interpersonal relationships with patients and teams
Requirements7
- 118 years or older
- 2High School Diploma or GED
- 3Registered Behavior Technician certification
- 4Proficiency in medical documentation
- 5Ability to pass criminal background check
- 6Strong written communication skills
- 7Experience with behavioral therapy techniques

$42 - $48k per year
