What You'll Do7
- 1Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- 2Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
- 3Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in diverse settings
- 4Use positive reinforcement to teach communication and social skills
- 5Monitor client progress and report observations to BCBA
- 6Maintain professional ethics per BACB guidelines
- 7Collaborate with families to generalize client skills
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- 3Prior experience with ASD or developmental disabilities
- 4Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
